Nestled in Farmington’s historic district, Ion Bank opened its 18th branch in January 2019 at the Corner House at 4 Main Street.  As we celebrate 150 years as a local, independent community bank not owned by shareholders, we are proud to serve the Farmington community as an exemplary corporate citizen. We actively participate in the local community through charitable giving and employee volunteerism.  We pride ourselves on building lifetime relationships by partnering with our customers to identify and achieve their financial goals.

Our Staff

Our local team is made up of experienced Farmington area bankers who believe in the bank’s philosophy of working with their customers to discover and fulfill their financial needs.

Community Involvement

As a community mutual bank, we believe that reinvesting in our communities is one of our most important duties; community support has always been a fundamental part of our Bank’s mission.

We partner with local non-profit organizations by providing direct financial support to help improve and enrich the lives of local citizens in our communities.

Since 2019, the Ion Bank Foundation donated over $50,000 to organizations in the Farmington community for a variety of causes including health, education, economic development, and human and social services.
